  • Corrective Massage

This is very intentional, integrated, massage therapy. Corrective massage focuses on a specific goal to achieve a particular outcome. This is geared toward people who might be experiencing specific orthopedic issues, acute or chronic pain, and physical tightness/inflexibility that is preventing them from moving/performing at their best. Based on your therapist's evaluation, techniques may include:

    • Active Release Technique (ART)
    • Fascial Stretch Therapy (FST)
    • Myofascial Release
    • Cupping / Scraping

We offer the highest quality exercise science and programming. This is an intimate training experience where you work one-on-one with your coach.

Private training may best suit those:

    • Are preparing for a particular performance goal, such as competitive sports preparation & training, military physical test, spartan race etc.
    • Have current/former medical considerations, dealing with chronic pain; in need of corrective exercise.

  • Semi-Private Training

This is our most popular training service.

Semiprivate training is simply individuals who work out at the same designated time slot while following their own unique program based on their specific needs and training goals.

No clients will be doing the same program/workout. This is a cost-effective option for those who have some independence in the gym yet seek the highest-quality exercise science & programming.
